Consignment Policy

We require that you sign a contract and open an account with us. New accounts require a one time, $5 setup fee.  Once you have established an account you can bring new items in once per week. Please limit your consignments to 20 of your best items to start.

Some key things to remember when consigning with us are:

  • Please bring items in totes or laundry baskets - unfolded and laid out flat
  • Buttons buttoned
  • Zippers zipped
  • Snaps snapped
  • Adjustable waistbands should be fully extended
  • All items should be right side out.
  • Outfits or pajama sets together
  • Shoes and boots must have clean bottoms and laces tied.
  • Velco needs to be free of debris
  • Small toys in clear ziploc bags

CONDITION OF YOUR ITEMS:
Great quality. No stains. No rips. No smells. Laundered or freshly cleaned and as wrinkle free as possible. No pilled, worn, shrunken or altered clothing. Items that smell of cigarette smoke will not be accepted. Items that require batteries will need to have a working set in them.

WHAT BRAND/CONSIGNMENTS WE ACCEPT:
We are happy to look at all brands, especially when items are sturdy, stylish and in good condition. However, brand is one of the biggest factors that we take into consideration when we price, so you will receive more for higher-end brands such as Mini Boden, Hatley, Bogs, Lands End, Plae, North Face, Primary, Columbia, Crew Cuts, Tea, Gap, Naartjie, Patagonia, Keen, REI, Kamik, Tucker & Tate, Hanna Andersson, and See Kai Run.  

CONSIGNMENT TERM: 90 days
We will make every effort to sell your items within 90 days. If you need to pick-up your consigned items before the end of the contract period (90 days) we will do our best to accomodate you.

If you select to NOT donate your consignment items that did not sell after the 90 days, it is your responsibility to locate your consignment items in the store and bring them to the counter to be checked out of your inventory.  We will provide you with a print-out of all your remaining items to help you find them. Items not picked up or found automatically become the property of  Grow With Me Consignment and we reserve the right to resell these items for our profit or donate them to charity.

CONSIGNOR COMMISSION SPLIT:
We offer a commission split of 30% - 60% commission (to consignor) depending on the value of the items. Your consignor Credit is available to you to purchase items off our website.  Click on the log-in icon and long in using the email you gave us when you signed up to consign.

You can check your account balance with any of our employees over the phone or in person anytime during business hours.  603-313-2711.

DROP AND DASH:
For our established consignors we offer a Drop and Dash service. You can drop off any potential consignments any day of the week and at any time we are open.  If you do this, we will donate our "No thank yous" to a charity of our choice.

SAFEGUARD CONSIGNMENTS:
We do our very best to safeguard your items, but we are not responsible for damage, loss or theft.
